Hi, I'm Chris.
I am a professional fitness trainer certified by the NESTA, ACE, NASM, and ISSA. I am a former collegiate athlete and graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and hold both a B.S. in Public Administration, a B.S. Resource Management, and an M.B.A with a focus in Communication
I have been in the fitness industry for almost a decade and enjoy helping people transform their health and their lives through building healthy habits.
My ultimate goal is to build and service a community of health-conscious individuals that are happy, healthy, committed, and strong.

Sessions per month start at a minimum of 10 sessions, can arrange more sessions at client request. I base my program pricing on client consistency; therefore the longer you commit the better the pricing is, the better your results will be. My goal is to give you 110% of my focus and commitment to helping you achieve your goals and keep you accountable to those goals -- inside the gym and outside of training by educating you in making better decisions with what you eat.
